LegalRush sends recurring text messages related to: case inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, case status updates, document requests, information requested by you, and marketing and promotional messages about the firm's legal services.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website, verbally during a phone call, or via a written authorization, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from LegalRush at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of legal representation.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your case. You may receive multiple messages per week during active matters and fewer messages otherwise.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to every message sent and received. Please consult your wireless carrier for details.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may resubscribe at any time by replying START or by submitting a new opt-in via our website.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
